Organisational Structure
RIKILT conducts research on behalf of the safety, health and quality of agricultural and horticultural products, both primary agricultural product and foods. An important aspect of RIKILT research concerns statutory tasks in the area of food safety. Some of the core activities of RIKILT are: 1. Assessment of quality and safety of food, and 2. Safety evaluation of novel food and feed.
