Organisational Structure
The Tottori Fruit and Horticultural Crop Experiment Station acreages 19 ha, including volcanic ash soil and sandy soil under sprinkler irrigation. Japanese pear, Nijisseiki, is the main object for research because the greatest production in Japan is obtained in this prefecture.
