Organisational Structure
The staff of CIRAD-Flhor (Centre de Coopération Internationale en Recherche Agronomique pour le Développement - Département des productions fruitières et horticoles) in Montpellier is involved in drawing up the strategy of the department. It coordinates the activities and the partnership with other department of CIRAD, and various national and international organisations.

Research Programs
The department Flhor works with 3 subsector programs: BPA (Banana, Plantain and Pineapple), ARF (Fruit Trees Program) and PRH (Horticultural Products). The research is conducted under tropical conditions in permanent stations (Martinique, Guadeloupe, Reunion) and other sites in West Africa, South America and Pacific Ocean area.
